We went on a trip to NYC from Concord, NH. Drove down and back and continued to dive the car for a week and 2 days on a single tank of gas. 636.4 miles on 14.1 gallons of gas. 45.1 mpg. And I do not take it easy. I have discovered it gets better mileage at 80 then it does at 72. I went green, not for the environment (I still think batteries are not good for the environment) but because green is the color of money. And I save a pant load of it driving this car for the last 3-ish years. Only have 2 complaints. 1 the tires wore out very quickly and 2 it was not great in the snow. But both of those complaints go to Goodyear and not Chevy. If I had bought this car instead of leasing it I would have invested in snow tires and that would have extended the life of the stock tires by not using them in the winter and would have help with driving in the now.
